Free Consultation

This is the initial visit where we discuss what you are looking for from your garden,styles, tastes, materials, planting and budget, which forms the basis for a written brief and design costing.

Site Survey

Following acceptance of our quotation and brief, your garden will be surveyed, resulting in a survey drawing to scale, required for the garden design to commence.

Sketch Proposal

The first garden floor plan and perspective drawings from our initial discussions, these can be further altered and analysed where necessary, once approved a masterplan can commence.

Master Plan

Drawn up plan of the proposed design, to scale and to presentation standard, explanation of all features will be included either written or illustrated.

Elevations/Isometric Drawings

Detailed drawn up plans to show levels and heights to proposed garden design.

Planting Plans

Detailed planting plans from finished design, planting schedule listing quantities and sizes.

Lighting Design

Drawn up plans to show appropriate lighting systems for the design.

Free Hickman Landscape Costings

A written breakdown of costings to cover all materials and construction.

Construction and Planting

Our construction team will arrive on site and continue until the project is complete, each team shows competence in experience and skill; designer site visits during all stages.

Irrigation and After-care

Written reports detailing care and maintenance required to maintain the best from your garden.
